Manufacturing access gates is a complex process involving multiple steps and processes.

I. Design Phase

Demand analysis: First, clarify the customer's specific needs for the channel gate, including size, function, appearance, etc.

Design the drawing:

Standard products: For standard products, there are usually ready-made drawings, and the production department will transfer the corresponding drawings according to the number of orders.

Customized products: For customized products, we need to carry out detailed design according to customer needs, and implement customer needs into the drawings to ensure that subsequent production can be "tailored".


2.Material preparation

Selection of materials: the main material of the channel gate is mostly stainless steel plate (such as SUS304 stainless steel), according to the design requirements to choose the appropriate plate specifications and thickness. At the same time, the preparation of motors, controllers, sensors and other key components to ensure that the quality of the material is reliable and stable performance.

3.Processing stage

Laser cutting: Process the stainless steel plate into various components of the gate using laser cutting technology.

 Laser cutting is characterized by high precision and high efficiency, which can ensure that the size and shape of the components are accurate.

CNC punching, CNC grooving, CNC bending: Fine processing is carried out by these equipments to further process the edges, 

grooves and bending parts of the components to ensure the precision and quality of the components.

4. Assembly stage

Manual welding: each component is spliced into the whole gate machine by manual welding. The welding process adopts advanced technology such as argon arc welding to ensure the welding quality.

Welding point grinding: grinding the welded joints of the completed gate, removing weld spots and weld stains, 

and improving the quality of the appearance.

Machine assembly: install the motor, controller, sensor and other key components, and conduct preliminary debugging to ensure that the components can work properly.


5. Debugging and Testing

Functional debugging: Functional debugging of the assembled channel gate, including identity recognition, 

air switch, anti-trailing and other functions, to ensure that the functions are normal.

Performance testing: performance testing, including durability testing, stability testing, etc., to ensure that the channel gate can maintain stable performance in long-term use.


6. Safety acceptance and packaging shipment

Safety acceptance: to complete the commissioning and testing of the channel gate for safety acceptance, 

to ensure that the product meets the relevant safety standards and norms.

Packaging and shipping: Packaging of qualified channel gates to ensure that they are not damaged during transportation. Arrange for shipment according to customer demand to ensure that the products are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

In summary, the production of channel gates is a complete process from design to material preparation, processing, assembly, debugging and testing, safety acceptance to packaging and shipping.
